Goodwill is more than a name. It's a mantra. They genuinely seek to help people. When they created Edgar's Grille from scratch, the whole idea was to start a fine dining restaurant with some of the best chefs available, but then train up-and-coming chefs at the nearby school and give them real work experience in the newly created restaurant.
